Everything at The Hub revolves around good grub. We like our food and in order to justify eating lots of cakes we rides our bikes, otherwise it would be 2 fat ladies take two...
 



At The Hub we bake our own cakes from scratch. Tracy's mum had divulged secret family recipes for the likes of Spicy Fruit cake and a 1970's Readers Digest was responsible for the carrot cake recipe.





We use fresh ingredients for our food delivered daily, and wherever possible we use local suppliers like our bread suppliers Jackie Lunns-they bake every night and deliver it to us fresh each morning. Meat is supplied by local Peebles butchers Forsyths and is top quality-these guys win prizes for their pies.
