There are currently 5 mountain bike waymarked routes in Glentress Forest.
Starting at the historic cycle trails aimed at children and families, an interesting way to explore the forest and its history to the blue, red, and black mountain bike
routes which provide a challenge for all abilities.
The trails have been designed by local engineer Pete Laing and are considered to be among the best in the world.
All routes are constructed to be weather proof and so are rideable all year round (see 5 day forecast
for this week's weather).
When you are out on the trail always wear a helmet and carry some supplies with you-food/drink as well as trail spares, its a long walk out
if you get stuck.
The Hub always endevour to have a first aider on duty during opening times and will be glad to help if you do hurt yourself, but save us money in
plasters and ride within your limits!
