K folks, apologies for the lack of updates recently - been moving house and the mighty BT have royally messed me around with a phone line installation, so updates will be a bit sporradic for the next week or so until I'm online again.

Full time cook wanted for Hub café.

Permanent position for experienced cook in our little but very busy café.

We are looking for a hard working and experienced cook to help prepare and cook our lovely grub.

You need to be used to working in a busy kitchen and able to take charge and direct other staff so that our customers get their food quickly and to the standard they are used to.

Hours of work are 40pw-5/7days including weekends. Straight shifts-no splits or evening work.

Wages are dependant on experience.

Working here at The Hub every day, we tend to take certain things for granted.

With visitor numbers from around the world increasing seemingly daily, many of whom are new to mountain biking, it's often easy to forget that most of them have never been to Glentress so we don't mind answering the same questions hundreds of times a week (honest!!), but we felt it would be helpful to collect the most asked in one place.
